The Corporation for the Commercial Development (CCD) of Saint-Lambert is a non-profit organization whose mission is to implement actions and strategies to promote the economic and commercial development of the city of Saint-Lambert.

Mandates

• Evaluate the status of our downtown core;
• Encourage commercial investments on the territory;
• Develop innovative projects with strategic impact to foster the economic growth of the city of Saint-Lambert;
• Attract new, quality businesses to open throughout the municipal territory and ensure that the commercial mix corresponds to demand;
• Offer a range of training programs to the city’s merchants and professionals;
• Ensure the visibility of the commercial hubs to clients through a variety of promotional strategies;
• Work in collaboration with area partners and act as a driver in the business community.

The work of the CCD of Saint-Lambert benefits a range of clientele; however, the principal beneficiaries of their various projects and services are the city’s businesspeople. The CCD of Saint-Lambert also provides information to investors and property owners.

The CCD of Saint-Lambert works in collaboration with the Saint-Lambert Business Association and many other local and agglomeration organizations.
