Located at 463 Victoria Avenue, it is currently occupied by Comptoir Chocolat, a boutique specializing in the production and sale of high-end, organic chocolate products. Due to increased sales, the company has had to move its production facilities to another locale, and the current location is now too big for Comptoir Chocolat’s retail activities.
