“Journey to Success” networking evening

On February 20, a hundred or so businesspeople gathered for a networking event, whose theme was “Journey to Success.” During the evening, RBC Olympian and gold medal winner Benoit Huot gave a presentation on his journey as an athlete to guests.

As well, the Corporation for the Commercial Development (CCD) of Saint-Lambert presented the 2013 Coup de cœur award to the café-boutique Crime et Gourmandise, located at 38 Green Street.

This evening was made possible thanks to the financial contribution of the Saint-Lambert RBC, the Corporation for the Commercial Development of Saint-Lambert, and the Saint-Lambert Business Association.

Wine and cheese reception

A wine and cheese reception, organized in collaboration with the Saint-Lambert RBC and the Saint-Lambert Business Association, was held on February 1, 2012. More than 120 people turned out for this casual event. Paralympic athlete Benoit St-Amand was on hand to talk about his journey and experiences.

The Corporation for the Development of Saint-Lambert is pleased to have been a part of this successful networking event for the businesspeople of Saint-Lambert.

Promotional pamphlets

To promote the city’s businesses, the CCD has developed a series of promotional pamphlets to let customers discover the businesses in the area. They are geared towards three niche markets—pleasure, fine food, and style—and will be available in strategic, high-traffic locations throughout Saint-Lambert and a few neighbouring cities. Presentation of the 2010-2014 Strategic Plan

At the City Council meeting held on September 9, the Corporation for the Commercial Development (CCD) of Saint-Lambert unveiled its 2010-2014 Strategic Plan. Findings from the last few years helped shape the Corporation’s objectives, directions, activities, and projects, as defined in the strategic plan. The document is available in PDF format.

A slogan for Saint-Lambert

To promote shopping and to foster a sense of belonging, the CCD of Saint-Lambert has created a slogan, which can be associated with the bulk of our downtown retail establishments. This slogan made its debut on the shopping bags that were offered for sale at a very reasonable price during Saint-Lambert Days.
